Returns & Exchanges

At Aglaea Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with security tags intact to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original Aglaea gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
